At a Gala Award ceremony on Saturday 14th November 2015, Melbourne Lord Mayor Robert Doyle announced that Bryan Lipmann will be Melburnian of the Year.
"I am overwhelmed by the unexpected honour of this," Bryan said, "but I am also glad to live in a city where the importance of Wintringham's work is understood and supported.
"I am very proud of our work," he said. "We are a successful not-for-profit business ensuring that older citizens, regardless of income or lifestyle, receive the quality and range of services they are entitled to."
Since its inception 1989, Bryan has ensured that Wintringham has focused its expanding housing and aged care services on older people facing the horrors of homelessness. The company is renowned for providing permanent exits to homelessness and for applying social justice principles in all it does.

The CMS includes an integrated Job Post and Application module, a dynamic News section, social media platform intergration, A featured Legends section on some of the colorful characters who has passed through the housing system, secure online payment gateway for Donations and large quantities of historical and archived documents.
Rich in new corporate styling and identity, the site has been very well received.
