Shadow Assistant Minister for Government Accountability
Kimberley was born and raised in Brisbane and graduated from The University of Queensland with law and arts degrees.
Before being sworn in as a Senator for Victoria in November 2016, Kimberley practised as a lawyer, worked in several private companies in leadership positions, was a senior adviser to the Treasurer of Victoria and the Victorian Minister for Industry, Trade, Major Projects and Information Technology, was a Melbourne City Councillor and the General Manager of the Health Workers Union in Victoria where she helped restore good governance and financial strength.
In May 2019, Kimberley was honoured to be appointed Deputy Manager of Opposition Business in the Senate and Shadow Assistant Minister for Government Accountability.
TEAPOT Digital designed a content rich responsive website that archives Hansard speeches from the Senator, details her history and allows a communication channel direct into the Senator's inbox, vital for her role as Shadow Assistant Minister for Government Accountability.
Consistent with the Australian Labor Party's colour palette, the website also integrates a dynamic Twitter feed display.
